½ fresh pineapple
1 red onion (small, diced)
1 handful cilantro
2 Roma tomatoes (diced)
1 bell-peppers (chopped small into cubes)
2 limes
1 Pineapple Rave (add according to taste and tolerance)
1 pinch salt (to taste)
2 teaspoon Tajin (or your favorite chile lime seasoning)
59 ml agave syrup (or honey optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Pineapple: Cut the whole pineapple in half lengthwise. Carefully scoop out the flesh of one half, leaving the shell intact to use as a serving bowl. Dice the scooped pineapple into small pieces to yield 1 cup and set it aside. Reserve the other half of the pineapple for another use or snack.
Cut and Mix Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine the diced pineapple, diced peppers, diced Roma tomatoes, chopped cilantro, minced onion, and lime juice.
Add Sauce: Add our very own Pineapple Trip to the mix to begin the magic.
Season to Taste: Add salt and pepper to the mixture, adjusting to your preferred taste. Remember, you can always add more seasoning later, so start with a little and adjust accordingly.
